How do I make a reservation?

From our directory or from every hotel details page choose the hotel you want to stay in and press or click on "Book Now" Button on the hotel page. You will be taken into a Reservation form. After you fill out all of the needed information; press the "Book Now" button.

How long would it take to receive my confirmation?

Your request will be immediately processed upon receipt. If space is immediately available, your booking could be confirmed to you via email as quickly as within an hour. Noting that reservation clearing processes vary from hotel to hotel; kindly allow 24 hours to receive feedback concerning the status of your reservation request.

Will the hotel I request always be available?

If your requested hotel is not available, you will be notified via e-mail. Where possible, our team will provide a listing of available hotels of comparable standards, prices and in the same area for your consideration.

You could better your chances of securing hotel space by booking early (especially during peak seasons) and by providing us with a second-choice preference that you would secure in case of your requested hotel is not available.

How will my reservation be confirmed?

All confirmations are sent via email so it is imperative that you provide us the correct e-mail address!

How do I pay?

Your confirmation email will contain details of how and when payments can/need (to) be made. Failure to meet the payment terms and conditions will result in an automatic cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation policy for each hotel booking may vary as procedures and policies differ from hotel to hotel. You will receive the cancellation policy in your confirmation email.
